Before Thoma Electric technicians reach the level of Journeymen, they complete a rigorous five-year, state-certified apprenticeship program, backed by 1,200+ hours of classroom instruction and a minimum of 8,000 hours experience training on real jobs. Our Journeymen then continue their education to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends in the building industry.
